Start here · The mindset

Your identity is your advantage.

AI made everyone sound the same. Sameness is invisible, and the right client scrolls right past the expert who could change her life. One real, specific voice is your opening. A million offers can look like yours. No one can deliver it like you.

It's notIt is
Your resume or credentialsHow you make people feel, and why they trust you
Your job titleYour personality and story
Your logo or polishYour skills and knowledge
Your following, or what you sellWho you've become and are becoming
Your past selfThe part of you AI can't copy

This is self-concept clarity: how clearly you know and express your own self. Congruency builds transparency, which builds trust.

The core idea

The sale lives in the gap.

There are two. Your whole brand runs on closing both.

Self-identity

The gap between knowing who you are and expressing it, so your audience sees who you really are, in fullness.

Audience-identity

The gap between who they are now and who they want to become. That second gap is exactly where the sale lives.

How you fill each gap

Self-identity1. Know who you are, clearly. 2. Express it fully and consistently.
Audience-identity1. Understand their current identity. 2. Amplify it: their fears, values, longing. 3. Give them a better identity: the transformation they want.

Your turn · Exercise 1

Find your gaps.

Three minutes. Keep it. We build on it all workshop.

The part that matters

Sell their ideal identity.

You are not selling the offer. You are selling who they get to become on the other side of it.

Step 1 · Set it all on one foundation

Load your identity once. Everything stands on it.

Context is everything. If AI isn't working for you, it's not the AI, it's the context you gave it. Ask it cold and it hands everyone the same generic answer. Before any exercise here, your identity needs to be in a form your AI can actually use. That's what the free AI Identity Blueprint gives you.

Do this first

Get your free AI Identity Blueprint.

If you haven't completed yours yet, do it now at aiblueprint.drjohnna.co. It gives your identity back to you in a form AI can hold, and shows you exactly how to set up each tool to keep it. Return to it about once a month to refresh as you grow. You change. Your Blueprint should too.

Then install it where your AI will remember it

Getting the Blueprint is not the finish line. It only works if it lives inside the platforms you actually use. Every tool has its own place for context and memory, and each one needs yours set correctly, or it forgets who you are the moment you start a new chat.

Where your identity has to live

Set the context in every platform, on purpose.

In Claude, save it as a Project and set your preferences and memory. In ChatGPT, load it into custom instructions and memory, or a Custom GPT. Wherever you work, put your Blueprint where the tool reads it automatically, so every new chat already knows you. Your Blueprint results walk you through the how for each one.

Do this once, properly, and everything after it, your magnet statement, your research, your content, starts from you instead of from generic. Skip it, and you'll spend every session re-explaining yourself.

Your turn · Exercise 2

Draft your magnet statement.

Positioning is translation: turn who you are into language your ideal client recognizes. Specificity is the magnet.

Start rough, out loud, in your own words:

"I'm the only one who ______________________________."

If a competitor could say the exact same thing, it isn't specific enough yet. Keep going until it's true of you and no one else.

Then let AI sharpen it

Load your free AI Identity Blueprint first (aiblueprint.drjohnna.co), then paste this:

Paste this

Using my AI Identity Blueprint, write 3 magnet statement options. Each should connect what I believe to the one client I serve and name the transformation they want to become. One or two sentences each, in my voice.

Your Tool 1 · Read your own content

Is your content actually you?

High engagement is not proof of alignment. Some of your best-performing posts may be the ones that sound the least like you. This is how you get the evidence. You give the verdict.

The quick version

  1. Load your identity into your AIPaste your Blueprint, or open your saved Project.
  2. Paste in your last ten captions
  3. Ask it to score each one for alignmentAnd flag where you drift generic.
Paste this prompt

Here are my last ten captions, with my identity loaded above. Read them as a brand strategist would. Score each from 1 to 10 on how much it sounds like me and my values, not just how it performed. Flag the ones that drifted into performing for the algorithm. Tell me the single pattern I should change to sound more like myself.

On autopilot: your weekly Identity Dashboard

Set this up once and a full identity read of your socials lands on its own, every Sunday. The numbers are not the point. The one honest question is: does my content sound like me, or like me performing for the algorithm?

This one lives in the Claude desktop app, because a scheduled task needs to write the report into a folder on your computer. Download the app first if you haven't.

  1. Connect Apify to your Claude appMake a free account at apify.com. In the Claude app, click Customize, then Connectors, then Browse connectors. Search Apify and click Install. Sign in and approve. No code. One setup, then you never touch it again.
  2. Create one scheduled taskIn the Claude app, open Scheduled Tasks and click New Task. Set it for every Sunday at 9 PM. Name it "Identity Dashboard." Paste the prompt below, swap in your own links, pick a folder for the report, and Save.
Paste this into the task

Pull my social media metrics using the Apify connector. Then read my posts as a brand strategist would. Tell me which posts sounded most like me and my values, and which ones drifted into performing for the algorithm. Rank them by identity alignment, not just by likes. End with one shift I could make next week to sound more like myself. Build it into a clean HTML dashboard and update it weekly. Instagram: your link Facebook: your link TikTok: your link LinkedIn: your link YouTube: your link

  1. Run it once to testDon't wait until Sunday. Find your task and click Run Now. It takes two to four minutes. Open the HTML file in any browser. If a platform is blank, check the link and that the profile is public.

The part that matters

A post can win and still not be yours.

When you read your dashboard, don't ask what got the most likes. Ask the better question:

Which of these could only have come from me, and how do I make more of those?

Your Tool 2 · Understand your audience

Research their identity, not their demographics.

You already found the second gap: who your audience wants to become. This is how you fill it with real language, in their words, so your content speaks to the identity they're reaching for.

Do it once (deep research)

Open a new chat with your identity loaded. Turn on your AI's research or web mode, then paste the prompt below. Give it your one audience, not "everyone."

Paste this

Using my identity and my ideal client loaded above, research who this client actually is at an identity level, not just demographics. Pull from the language real people in this group use online: forums, comments, reviews, social captions. Give me: (1) the identity they hold now and the words they use for it, (2) the identity they want to become, (3) their real fears and objections in their own phrasing, (4) what they secretly long for, and (5) ten exact phrases they use that I can echo in my content. Cite where each insight came from.

The three questions this answers

AmplifyTheir fears, values, and longing, in their words.
MirrorThe identity they hold right now.
LeadThe better identity you help them step into.

On autopilot: let Claude research for you, weekly

Audience identity isn't static. Their fears and language shift with the world around them. Set a standing task so fresh audience intelligence comes to you, as a clean dashboard, the same way your Identity Dashboard does.

  1. Open Scheduled TasksIn the Claude desktop app, open Scheduled Tasks and click New Task. Set it for every Monday at 8 AM, so you start the week knowing your audience. Name it "Audience Identity Pulse."
  2. Paste your standing research promptIt runs the same identity-level research each week, builds it into a dashboard, and only reports what changed, so you're never re-reading the same thing.
Paste this into the task

Every week, research my ideal client at an identity level using current web sources. My client is: [describe your one client]. Look at what this group is saying online right now: their fears, their language, what they want to become, what they're frustrated by. Compare to last week and tell me what shifted. Give me 5 fresh content angles that speak to the identity they're reaching for, each with a hook in my voice. Build it into a clean HTML dashboard, update it weekly, and cite your sources.

  1. Run it once, then let it runClick Run Now to test, and open the HTML file in any browser. From then on, a fresh audience dashboard lands every Monday. You bring the judgment. It brings the intelligence.

How the two tools work together

One reads you. One reads them.

Your Identity Dashboard keeps your voice honest. Your Audience Pulse keeps your message relevant. Between them, you always know if what you're saying is both truly you and truly landing.

Going deeper · A bonus gift from me

My daily audience research routine.

This is a bonus. It's the exact prompt I use to generate my own daily research, the one that produces what you'll find at doctorjohnna.com/research. Go look at the output there, then come build your own.

I call mine the Human-First AI Pulse. That's just my name for it. Yours should carry your language, not mine. This is only step 1 of a larger research system I run, the daily intake that everything else builds on. We start you here.

Why this one is different

It reads from your identity file first.

The other tools hold your identity in a chat. This one keeps it in a file the assistant reads in full before it researches anything, so every result is filtered through who you are, your pillars, and your real audience pain, automatically, every day.

Step 1. Build your AUDIENCE.md file

This is the heart of it. One file that tells the assistant who you serve. You write it once. Everything runs through it. Include these five things, in your own words:

What goes in your ( AUDIENCE.md )

1. Who your audience isThe one client you serve, at an identity level, not just demographics.
2. Your message pillarsThe core themes you teach and stand for. Four is a good number.
3. Your anti-filterWhat to hard-reject. For me it's hustle culture. Name whatever is off-brand for you so it never slips in.
4. Your source quality rulesFavor credible, research-based sources. Reject content farms, clickbait, and low-trust noise.
5. Real pain points, in their wordsThe actual phrases your audience uses. This is where Tool 2's research pays off. Paste what you found.

Step 2. Open Claude Code and create your routine

This runs as a Routine in Claude Code, not a scheduled task. You'll need the Claude desktop app for this. Here's exactly where to find it:

  1. Open the Claude desktop appLook at the top of the left sidebar. Don't see the sidebar? Click the small box icon next to the search tool to open the collapsed sidebar.
  2. Click Code, then click Routines
  3. Click New Routine, CloudChoose Cloud, not Local, so it runs on its own without your computer needing to be open.
  4. Paste the prompt below, set it to run daily, and saveAnywhere you see ( parentheses ), that's where your own details go.
Paste this as your daily routine

You are ( your name )'s daily audience research assistant. Step 1. Read ( AUDIENCE.md ) in this repository in full before doing anything else. It tells you who the audience is, the message pillars, the anti-hustle filter, the source quality rules, and the real pain points in members' own words. Everything you do is filtered through that file. Step 2. Research the web for articles, studies, and notable news published in the last 7 days that match the topics in ( AUDIENCE.md ). Favor things that hit at least one message pillar AND speak to a real pain point. Apply the anti-filter as a hard reject. Hold to the source quality rules: favor credible and research-based sources, reject content farms, clickbait, and ( hustle-culture ) content. Step 3. Pick the strongest 5 (fewer if the day is genuinely thin, never pad to hit a number). Quality over quantity. Step 4. Write the digest into a NEW Google Doc using Google Drive. Title it "Daily audience research: ( today's date )." The digest should contain: an optional one-line "What I'm noticing" at the top if a pattern ran across articles; then, for each item, the headline with its URL, one sentence on why it matters to my audience, which pain point or message pillar it hits, and one line on the angle I could take (a post, an email, a teaching point). Group items by audience ( founders vs. organizations ) if that is clearer. After creating the doc, build its link from the returned file id, in this exact form: https://docs.google.com/document/d/( THE_FILE_ID )/edit

New to Claude Code? That's expected. Start with the weekly desktop-app version above, and come back to this daily routine when you're ready. The tool changes. The principle doesn't: research filtered through your identity, delivered on a rhythm.

Your turn · Exercise 3

Make one real piece. Then scale it.

First you learn the principle by hand, so you can feel what aligned content sounds like. Then you hand the repeating to a skill built to protect that voice. Learn it once, automate it forever.

Step 1. Write one true piece (10 minutes)

With your identity loaded, make one real thing. Use the SELF structure below so it comes from you, not from the algorithm.

Paste this

Using my identity above, write a short LinkedIn post about [your topic] in my voice. Use my story, what it taught me, the lesson, and one invitation. Then refine it once.

S · StoryThe real moment, not the polished version.
E · EvidenceWhat it taught you, or proved about how you work.
L · LessonThe takeaway your audience can carry.
F · ForwardThe invitation that moves them, and you, ahead.

Step 2. Let the Repurposer scale it

You just made one piece and refined it by hand. Doing that for a full week, every format, every week, is where it gets heavy. That's what the Identity Content Repurposer skill is for. Feed it the one piece you just wrote. It turns that single input into a week of content, all in your voice, without you re-explaining who you are each time. You keep the judgment. It carries the load.

You'll find the Repurposer, with install instructions, in the skills section below.

A simpler way to stay consistent

Speak once. Show up everywhere.

If writing from a blank page drains you, start here instead. The easiest way to create identity-based content, consistently, is to talk. Record 30 to 60 minutes a week on what you know, in your voice, unscripted. That long-form video is the source. Everything short-form is cut from it. Your identity is already in the room, because it's you, talking.

1. Record the long-formOne 30 to 60 minute video a week. A teaching, a story, a walk-through, a conversation. Talk the way you actually talk.
2. Pull the short clipsCut the strongest moments into short vertical videos for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and LinkedIn. I use opus.pro to do this fast.
3. Repurpose the wordsFeed the transcript to your Identity Content Repurposer to turn it into captions, posts, and an email, all in your voice.
4. Post across platformsOne recording feeds your whole week, everywhere, without you starting from scratch a single time.

Your 7-day starter plan

You leave knowing exactly what to post Monday, not just thinking about it. Below is one prompt that writes your whole first week at once, each day rooted in the seven themes, all in your voice. Give your AI your brand voice guide first, paste this, then refine each post once before it goes out.

Paste this with your brand voice guide ready

Using my brand voice guide, write me seven short social posts, one for each day of my first week, all in my voice. Keep each one specific and human, not generic. Here are the seven daily themes: Day 1, say who you are. Day 2, share what you believe. Day 3, tell a defining moment. Day 4, take one idea and turn it into more. Day 5, speak to one person, not everyone. Day 6, show how you think. Day 7, make one clear invitation. For each day, open with a strong hook, a first line that stops the scroll and makes the right person want to keep reading. Give me the post plus a one-line note on why it works for my audience. End each post with one simple, natural call to action that fits that day, an invitation to follow, comment, save, or reach out, never salesy, just a clear next step if the reader wants one. Ask me any questions you need to get these right before you start, then ask me which one to sharpen first.

Your brand voice guide is your AI Identity Blueprint (aiblueprint.drjohnna.co). Prefer to build them one at a time? Feed any single day into your Identity Content Repurposer and let it carry that theme across the week.

What you're leaving with

Your three Claude Skills.

Skills are behavior. Once installed, Claude carries your identity and your standards into every task, without you re-explaining. Here's what each one does and when to reach for it.

1. Identity Content Repurposer

What it does. Turns one input into a full week of content, all in your voice. One idea becomes a post, a caption, an email, a hook, without flattening into generic.

Reach for it when. You have one good idea and no time to shape it into everything. Feed it in, get your week back.

Download skill

2. Identity Alignment Check

What it does. Audits a draft against your identity before you publish. Scores it, flags where you drifted generic, and tells you the one change to make it sound like you. Your Identity Dashboard looks back at what already posted. This looks forward, at what hasn't.

Reach for it when. Right before you hit post or send. If it doesn't sound like you, this catches it first.

Download skill

3. Identity Brand Website System

What it does. Builds your whole web presence from your identity out, so your site says who you are before it lists what you do.

Reach for it when. Your website still reads like a resume instead of a person. Start here.

Download skill

To install a skill after downloading it: go to Customize, then Skills, then Add, then Upload a skill. Skills work on claude.ai and in the desktop app.

Everything runs on your foundation

These skills are only as good as your Blueprint.

Each one works because it starts from your loaded identity. If yours needs a refresh, return to your AI Identity Blueprint at aiblueprint.drjohnna.co before you install these.

Your checklist

One post a day. Check it off.

Generate from your loaded identity, refine once, publish. Reach for any skill or tool from this workbook to create each one. You already have everything you need.

There's no one like you.

Let AI amplify you, not drown you. The tool is the same for everyone. What it does to your identity is your choice.

Be it. Say it. Show it. Repeat it.
